1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the terms and conditions under which the company Interfuné offers the provision of funeral services, in particular the provision of funeral rooms, as well as any associated services.

3. Services offered
Interfuné offers in particular:
Provision of funeral rooms (remembrance rooms)
Welcoming families and administrative support
Preservation care (by a qualified embalmer)
Organization of ceremonies and coordination with funeral operators
Transport of the body (in conjunction with approved operators)
Sale of funeral products (urns, coffins, etc.)
Details of services and prices are available on request or during the mandatory preliminary quote.
4. Quotation and order
In accordance with current funeral regulations, a detailed quote is systematically provided before any order. This quote is free, without obligation, and valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Signing the quote constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs.
5. Rates and payment terms
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Payment can be made:
By credit card
By transfer
By check
In cash (within legal limits)
A deposit may be requested when ordering. The balance must be paid according to the terms specified on the invoice. Late payment fees may be applied in the event of non-payment within the agreed deadlines (Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, funeral services provided on a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
No refund may be required once the service has started, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.
7. Cancellation or modification of the order
Any cancellation or modification request must be made in writing. Fees may apply depending on the progress of the service. In the event of cancellation after the start of the service, the amounts paid remain due.
8. Liability
Interfuné is committed to providing its services in accordance with professional standards and French funeral regulations.
However, it cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, unforeseeable external events or for any indirect damage.
9. Complaints
Complaints should be sent by registered mail to the head office address or by email to [email address]. We undertake to respond within 10 working days.
10. Personal data
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data collected as part of the order is used only for purposes related to the service.
